Everyone greeted us with a smile and a kind demeanor. Even watching the staff interact was such a pleasure. It is a great, welcoming environment to walk into. Especially as a woman, sometimes these situations can feel uncomfortable, and we truly had the opposite experience.
Welcome Board Upon Arrival For Service
This was so great! Every person who drives in for service is greeted with their name on the TV screen inside the service station. Your name pops up as you drive you car in. Such a wonderful personal touch that really made us feel special and welcomed.
Pick-up / Drop-off Service Experience
This is the BEST option for busy moms. We all know how hard it is to find time to do the “extra” things, like get your car serviced. They make it incredibly easy. They will pick up your car at your home, bring it to the dealership for service, and return it to you once the service has been completed. This means you don’t have to drag around a sleepy toddler or sacrifice your work from home time.
Access to Over 100 Loaner Cars
If you have time to drive your own car in for service, the dealership has over 100 loaner cars. This way you don’t have to sit and wait for your car to be serviced. You can use that time to run errands or do whatever you need to do!
Over 30 Technicians Working In the Service Department
When we visited, the service station was bustling! So many technicians at work servicing cars making sure the turn around time on everyone’s vehicle is as fast as possible.
Video Footage of Your Car Being Serviced
Full transparency is so incredibly refreshing! You can see the work being done on your car in real-time. This way you can be confident the work is being executed diligently and in a timely fashion. If additional work needs to be done above and beyond a typical service, your service advisor will call you, and walk you through all of the details.
Immaculate Waiting Area
If you decide to stay and wait for your car to be serviced, be prepared to be amazed. It is honestly the most immaculate and well-thought out waiting area we have ever seen. The comfortable chairs, work stations and TV are great! There is also access to waters, snacks and a machine that dispenses coffee, tea and more. Plus all of the cups are perforated (so you only grab one at a time) and all of the sugars and coffee fixings are individually wrapped. No germs here!

Sometimes us Moms just need to check something off of our to-do list quickly. Mercedes-Benz of Nanuet can always get you in for an appointment. With so many technicians available, it makes it easy to squeeze in an appointment when you need to.
