We love a reason to celebrate in Bergen County – and with St Paddy’s Day coming up, there’s no shortage of fun.
We’ve compiled a list of everything that’s happening – for kids AND adults.
Join us on Saturday, March 11th for a family friendly fundraiser!
From 10am-1pm, we’ll have bagpipers, step dancers, Irish music, and treasure from the Leprechaun! Join us for a parade and leprechaun costume contest for kids! Best dressed prize wins free kid’s meals for a year!
Proceeds from raffle baskets will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day a few days early with the celebrated Irish duo Owen and Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin! The brothers, who hail from Limerick, will perform a repertoire of song and poetry that has been handed down from their family and wider Irish tradition, along with original songs. The program is called A Stór Mo Chroí, O Love of my Heart. Owen and “Moley” are from one of Ireland’s most esteemed musical and artistic families. They have recorded and performed around the world as both a duo and a trio, with their mother, Nóirín Ní Riain. Their late father, composer Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin, founded the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance at the University of Limerick. Owen and Moley proudly continue their parents’ legacy – bringing authentic Irish music and culture to a global audience.
