Meet Rosie Fabre, owner of not one, but two companies, and a local Bergen County resident!
Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
My family is originally from Dominican Republic, I was born in NY. I have been living in Bergen County for the past 20 years. So I’m a Jersey girl!
Do you have any children?
I officially have a freshman! My son is 14 years old, entering high school this September!
How exciting! What is your favorite thing to do with your son?
We enjoy being home, simply watching a good movie or taking a quick weekend getaway.
Are you involved in a business venture? Please share!
Yes! I’m currently expanding, and we are relocating my waxing business RFWAX. After 1 year in a studio, I’m able to expand to a bigger location!
I’m also in the floral business, RFBLOOM. Creating floral arrangements for different occasions and spaces!
Why is this so important?
My brand/business is important to me because 9 years ago I made the decision to educate myself and become the best at what I do. I love making people feel good about themselves and educating them along the way.
What sets you apart?
I can honestly say since day one, I’ve always focused more on building a relationship with my clients. I connect easily with individuals and that’s why I’ve come so far in my career.
If you could give one tip to fellow moms, what would it be?
I have learned to put myself first. It’s the only way to have enough strength to care for my family. Self-care is so important for us moms.
We agree! What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I’m obsessed with wordsearch books! I do a page daily!
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I owe everything to my community and clients, for being so loyal. I received so much encouragement from my clients to go out on my own, and to believe in myself. I needed that push to realize that I’m great at what I do.
