Hi Michelle! Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I’m originally from Queens, and I’ve been living in Dumont for the past 10 years.

How old are your kids?
My daughter, Kennedy, is 14, and we also have a 4-year-old Goldendoodle named Jackson. I’m a proud stepmom to three grown children, and my favorite new title is “Glamma” to my sweet granddaughter, Lina, who is 2.
What is your favorite thing to do with them?
Watching Kennedy play soccer is my favorite, I love cheering her on from the sidelines. Having girl time talks about life and growing pains always warms my heart no matter how difficult the topic.
Are you involved in a business venture? Please share!
Yes! I’m a Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Herasme Beauty, a boutique aesthetic and regenerative medicine practice. I help women (and men!) look and feel their best through natural, confidence-boosting treatments. As a mom myself, I know how easy it is to put ourselves last, I built my practice around the belief that self-care helps us show up as the best version of ourselves, for our families and for ourselves.
Why is this so important?
Because when we feel good in our skin, it shows up in every area of our lives, from how we parent to how we pursue our passions. I love being part of that transformation for my patients.
What sets you apart?
I focus on a holistic, natural approach to aesthetics, enhancing beauty in a way that feels authentic and never “overdone.” With over 20 years of nursing experience, I bring both medical expertise and a nurturing, artistic touch to help my patients feel confident and cared for.

If you could give one tip to fellow moms, what would it be?
Self-care isn’t selfish. Taking time for yourself makes you a better mom, partner, and friend.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
Before becoming a business owner, I spent 20 years working in interventional cardiology at New York Presbyterian a job I truly loved. Leaving that world to pursue my passion for aesthetics and start Herasme Beauty was one of the scariest (and most rewarding) decisions I’ve ever made. It taught me that growth often lives on the other side of fear.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
This community has been such a blessing, moms here truly show up for one another. From cheering Kennedy on at games to supporting my journey as a small business owner, the encouragement, word-of-mouth, and friendships I’ve found in Bergen County have made all the difference. It reminds me daily that we’re stronger when we lift each other up.
