Hi Kelli! Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I grew up in Ramsey, NJ and now reside in Rutherford, NJ for 9 years.
Do you have any kids? What is your favorite thing to do together?
I have a healthy, happy 4-year-old girl named Mia. My favorite things to do with her are arts & crafts, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
Are you involved in a business venture? Please share!
My primary business venture is PURE Massage & Holistic Spa. I started as a solo massage therapist in 2013. Moving to Rutherford allowed me to expand the space and services to include the talents of other massage therapists, Reiki practitioners and esthetician for custom skin care and body treatments.
Why is this so important?
Mental health and self-care are extremely important to me. Holistic treatments have played a large role in my personal and professional life, and I love being able to share these treatments and provide them for others.
What sets you apart?
Since becoming a mom, I have nurtured my creative side getting involved in real estate development and interior design. I love the aspects of building and seeing the finished product.
What sets me apart is my passion for learning and giving. I believe the more we can learn to share and to help others, the better we will become as an individual and as a community.
If you could give one tip to fellow moms, what would it be?
If I could give one tip to fellow moms, it would be: As Queen Elsa says… Let it go! Sometimes easier said than done. As moms we are also the organizers, planners and primary caregivers, to let go of the things we can’t control helps the stress levels. Roll with it and enjoy the present, even if it is not ideal, because time goes fast.
What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I was a personal trainer and fitness competitor in my younger years. Another thing people would be surprised to know about me would be, that I am on the board for the Rutherford Education Foundation.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
This community has been so supportive throughout the years. With so many loyal clients and word of mouth referrals all these years. I am truly grateful and love being part of this amazing community of people.
