Hi Elisabeth! Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I was born and raised in Waldwick, NJ and I didn’t go far to choose Midland Park as my hometown.
Do you have any kids?
We have 1 thoughtful, funny, careful 11-year-old softball player.
What is your favorite thing to do together?
Our favorite things to do together is have friends over for some indoor fun or heading out for sky zone’s glow night, ice skating at Van Saun Park…and RAMEN! We love to go out for ramen in Ridgewood.

That sounds amazing! Why is this so important?
We moms are always last on our list. Teaching women the tools for self-care and a good hair day really make a difference in how we feel, so we get to show up as the women we really are.
What sets you apart?
Well, I am kind of a nerd so there is a ton of research behind everything I do, and I love to teach. I believe we get ahead shoulder to shoulder, that’s important to me.
If you could give one tip to fellow moms, what would it be?
If I could give one tip to fellow moms, it would be learn how to breathe: Your mind can only move as fast as your breath. Control your mind = control your breathing.
I love that! What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I am an introvert and really need and enjoy my alone time. I am pretty enthusiastic about what I do so that could be surprising when you see my posts.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I am a local gal, so I really understand the busy moms living here. The community has played an instrumental role in getting me to where I am now because everything my business offers speaks directly to their needs and the challenges they have getting it all done, with grace.
