Hackensack Meridian Joseph M. Sanzari Children’s Hospital is pleased to announce the expansion of its Adolescent Medicine services with the addition of specialist Dr. Jessica
Feuerstein. Dr. Feuerstein works closely with patients who have puberty-related diagnoses or needs, including eating disorders, contraception, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and reproductive disorders such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis.
In addition to her primary responsibilities, she will also provide consultations in adolescent gynecology, focusing specifically on hormonal management for adolescents experiencing
bleeding disorders and menstrual irregularities. As the Director of the Inpatient Consultation Service for Adolescents with Eating Disorders, Dr. Feuerstein fosters a care environment that ensures patients receive comprehensive medical and psychological support as they begin their
journey toward recovery.
