Fall is upon us, and we love nothing more than enjoying the crisp weather, seasonal activities, and getting out with the family.

We rounded up a list of local fall festivals and fall themed events, so you don’t have to! Click on the links below to learn more.

Oktoberfest Celebration in Clifton: Friday, September 12, 11:00 am

Get ready to say “Prost!” UNO Pizzeria & Grill in Clifton is bringing Oktoberfest to you on Friday, September 12!

Ridgewood Fall Craft + Art Street Fair: Sunday, September 14, 11:00 am-5:00 pm

This annual street fair features two hundred exhibitors from four states showcasing one-of-a-kind hand-crafted items, ranging from jewelry and art to pottery, mixed media, woodwork, garden items, apparel, photography and so much more!

A large food court will feature a variety of delicious festival foods including lobster, sausage and peppers, gyros, empanadas, steak sandwiches, kebobs, desserts and more.

This family-friendly event will also have a dedicated children’s entertainment area with a variety of inflatables, face painting, games, and more.

There will be live music, too. The show, sponsored by Ridgewood Parks & Recreation and organized by P.J.’s Promotions is held rain or shine in downtown Ridgewood, and admission is free. For more information go to www.pjspromotions.com. 

Bergenstock Music Festival: Saturday, September 20, 1:00 pm-7:00 pm

Celebrate the last official day of summer and ring in the fall of 2025 at the Bergenstock Musical Festival, a celebration of original music from Bergen County. This free event takes place at the Overpeck County Park Amphitheater in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, on Saturday, September 20, from 1:00 pm-7:00 pm. The festival features songwriters and original bands from Bergen County, covering a wide range of musical genres including pop, rock, and R&B.

Be sure to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs! Food from Patisserie Florentine will be available for purchase.

Glen Rock Street Fair and Craft Show: Sunday, September 21, 11:00 am-4:00 pm

“The Streets are paved with Gold” so please join us at any of our large outdoor fairs this year. Artists, Crafters, Live Music, Great Food, Games for the Kids, Family Fun!! And…As always, Free Admission for Spectators.

Bergen County Fall Harvest Festival at Overpeck County Park: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, September 26, 27, +28

This 3 day event will be held in Over Peck Park and features all kinds of fun stuff! Vendor Pop-Up days are Sat. & Sun., Sept. 27-28, 2025.
Vendor Pop Up
Enjoy shopping with over 75 exhibitors on Saturday & Sunday from 10am-5pm. They will be displaying and selling arts & crafts, new items, collectibles and much more.
Food:
Come hungry and enjoy the festival type food as well as the gourmet treats from the many food trucks that will be serving these items.
Carnival:
Be prepared to have some fun…a giant carnival will be open all 3 days brought to you by Campy’s Blue Star Amusements.
More attractions:
Displays from the County Farms and activities, live music, fit & wellness demonstrations.

The Baron’s Oktoberfest at Historic New Bridge Landing: Saturday, September 27, 1:00 pm-6:00 pm

The Bergen County Historical Society will celebrate Major General Baron von Steuben’s Birthday with its annual Baron’s Oktoberfest on Saturday, September 27, from 1:00 pm–6:00 pm at Historic New Bridge Landing, 1201 Main Street in River Edge. The rain date is Sunday, September 28.

Sample craft beer from three Bergen County breweries, while enjoying a full afternoon of history and fun including games, pumpkin picking, food vendors, Revolutionary War reenactors, live music, historic tours, exhibits, demos, and appearances by Major General Baron von Steuben himself!

Leonia Oktoberfest 2025: Saturday, September 27, 3:00 pm-9:00 pm

Leonia’s annual Oktoberfest celebration returns to Wood Park on Saturday, September 27, from 3:00 pm-9:00 pm. Brought to you by the Rotary Club of The Palisades, the family-friendly event brings together music, food, and Bavarian traditions while raising funds for the Center for Food Action and other local charities.

WUMC Fall Festival: Sunday, September 28, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm

We’re getting ready Westwood United Methodist Church’s 3rd Annual Fall Festival on September 28th from 1–5 PM in Westwood, NJ and we’re looking for awesome vendors to join us!
If you sell crafts, sweet treats, handmade goods, or other festive finds, we’d love to have you. 🍁

Where does the money go?
This event helps fund the church food pantry “Faith Works”, which supports hundreds of community members and their families (pantry is open to anyone, regardless of age, faith, or citizenship; we don’t ask and we don’t judge!) Proceeds will also go towards the many other resources the church offers; including creating a safe drop-in center, a community thrift shop, and future family-friendly events like this one. 💛
