Hooked on the Hudson
April 27 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
A fun-filled day of fishing, food, family, and friends sponsored by the Hudson River Fishermen’s Association and the Palisades Interstate Park Commission. Fishing contests run from 9 AM to 1:30 PM, kids’ casting contests from 2 PM to 3 PM, and an awards ceremony at 3 PM. Throughout the day there will be exhibits by cultural, historical, environmental, and recreational organizations.
The HRFA will provide bait and tackle free of charge. They’ll also cook up breakfast and lunch for those who wish to purchase them. They’ll have snacks and soda available as well.
