Bozza Yoga and Bozza Yoga Littles – What we’re all about!
We are a premier children’s yoga studio in the heart of Allendale, NJ. We teach kids yoga from the ages of 3 to 19 years old, in a traditional yoga class setting. Littles with Bigs is the name of our Mommy and Me, and these classes are for babies 6 months old to 3 years of age. We have a free-range class for parents/guardians to practice yoga with Littles in tow.
We host birthday parties where you get the entire studio to yourself. We’ll even bring yoga to you, your school, library, etc. as part of our outreach programs. We have day camps and teen nights out. We even have a Sipasana class for adults to throw a private party or corporate event! We do school assemblies and girl/boy scout outings to support our troops. We are an accredited 95 hour children’s yoga teacher training school as well. If you want to be a kids yoga teacher, we got you covered! Come see what our kid’s yoga studio is all about.

Named “Best Kids’ Music Class” by New York Magazine and “Most Magical Music Class” by Red Tricycle, Songs for Seeds is a weekly interactive class that encourages children, newborn to 5 years old, to sing, dance and play along with their grown up AND very own rockstar teacher. Kids rock out with children’s instruments, as well as a real guitar and instruments from around the world. Our teacher/musicians take students on a musical journey each week through a series of engaging activities. Your kids will experience music and language from cultures around the globe, help create magnetic art murals during a sing-along of well-known nursery rhymes, be amazed and delighted by magic tricks that are used to practice numbers and counting and get fully engaged in a silly game that reinforces the names and sounds of animals. By mixing our original kids rock ‘n’ roll with popular tunes, the band is sure to please little ones and their adults. It is sure to become your favorite time with your child all week.

The Rainbow Playroom is a vibrant space dedicated to nurturing young imaginations. We offer a variety of creative programs designed to inspire and engage children. Our after-school art programs immerse kids in the world of art and literature, as they bring beloved children’s books and famous artworks to life through hands-on projects. For older children, our creative hours provide an open-ended space for artistic exploration. And for our youngest guests, open play offers a safe and stimulating environment through sensory play and process art.

The Piano Workshop at Bergen County is a music school offering one on one lessons to students of all ages. We offer piano, guitar, voice, drums, violin, music technology, songwriting and composition, oboe, clarinet, and flute. We match each student with an instructor that will be the best suited to teach the student to play and grow musically. We also offer programs for our 0-4 year olds, as well as prepare students for college auditions, evaluations, and competitions. Join in on the fun with our musical community!
