Cooking Full Circle was born in 2020 when the world shut down during Covid. I was documenting me and my boys cooking on Instagram as a way to share what we were making and show that it can be fun to cook with kids! My phone was constantly ringing and dinging with friends and family asking how I was cooking so much for my family with such limited ingredients. During that time, I also lost my job and took that as an opportunity to funnel my creative energy into something I loved: food!

Food has always been my love language. I have always found calm and purpose in the kitchen. I feel so humbled to be able to occupy a tiny corner of the internet and use it as a way to inspire busy parents to get healthy and delicious meals on the table for their family. I’m a big proponent of “use what you have” and this is something that carries through most of my dishes. I’m not a recipe girl, and I hope by showing my followers “methods vs. recipes,” I am empowering them to choose ingredients their families will eat–and get creative! Let’s get cooking!

Katherine Tozduman- Founder/ CEO of The Crafty Kit, a Latina owned business specializing in DIY Craft Kits and team building craft workshops based out of Northern NJ. Katherine started her career in the fashion industry working as a buyer and made a career shift into the craft industry seven years ago when Katherine took a break from her career to care for her late father. During this time she observed how the effects of crafting would improve mental agility and aid in regulating emotion. Katherine holds a certificate in horticultural therapy, craft experiences are focused on mental health and wellness in the form of art for individuals and companies around the world. 

The Crafty Kit currently instructs Google, Meta, Linked In, Girls Scouts and Capital One with the focus that “together we grow”.  Company headquarters are located in Westwood, NJ where it hosts events both virtually, in person and mobile within the NJ/ NYC/ CT/ PA region. Roster of events range from terrarium building, ukulele, mosaic, resin, wreath, canvas and glassware art. Westwood Studio is available for private events- birthdays, bar mitzvahs, baby & bridal showers, date night or girls/ moms’ night out.
