Camp Veritans Day Camp is an ACA accredited summer day camp for kids Pre-K through 10th grade. Their outstanding staff is dedicated to providing children with a safe and nurturing environment in which they are encouraged to explore, discover, create and succeed. Located on 64 beautiful acres in Haledon, NJ, Camp Veritans’ top-notch programming is designed by professionals who believe that campers thrive when they are guided by confident and engaged instructors in a calm, structured environment.
Camp Veritans Day Camp offers an extensive mix of amazing daily activities including Red Cross Instructional Swim, go-carts, sports, ropes course, arts and crafts, drama, gymnastics, science, nature, sports, and more! SPANISH Hola Amigos™, FRENCH Bonjour Les Amis™ and ITALIAN Ciao Amici™ day camps target independent preschoolers ages 4 and 5 and rising 1st to 6th graders. Campers Spin the Globe in Ridgewood or Rutherford, NJ and travel to select regions of the world where language is spoken. Campers are placed in PK II, grades K-2 and 3-5 groups and take part in games, vocabulary and grammar enrichment activities, arts & crafts, virtual cultural tours, local excursions by foot, visual arts and so much more!
Language day camps mirror Gain Ville’s year-round educational curriculum while engaging students in fun summer themed activities. Campers have the flexibility of signing up for 2 to 8 week sessions, each focused on a different region of the world where the language is spoken. Campers can choose a shorter day Mon-Fri option 9am-1:30pm (available in Ridgewood only), or a longer day Mon-Thurs option 9am-3:00pm (available in both Rutherford and Ridgewood locations). Camp is held both indoors and outdoors, with instruction offered exclusively in Spanish, Italian or French. All program components are offered as full immersion and delivered by native language instructors that make learning a language all the more exciting and engaging.

Welcome to HealthBarn USA, the only camp where you can eat, plant, cook and play! We offer Summer Camp (ages 4-13) and Summer Seedlings (ages 3-5) in Ridgewood, NJ. This hands-on fun and educational experience serves as an important building block for your child’s healthy future in the midst of our fast-food, high touch technology culture and pandemic. Our goal is to give campers the tools to build strong bodies and healthy minds — it’s not only possible, it’s contagiously fun!
Our award-winning curricula empower campers to master organic gardening, culinary, nutrition and life skills (including putting values into practice) while having a great time! The hands-on cooking includes our “test kitchen” as well as preparing a naturally delicious breakfast, lunch and snack each day with freshly picked ingredients from the garden. There is no need to pack any food! We will accommodate food allergies upon request.
