Sunset Family Snips at Stokes Farm

Are you looking for ways to get the kids outside and away from their devices? Join us at Stokes Farm for evening flower picking at sunset! Bring the whole family, cut some flowers, bring food to picnic, and enjoy the beautiful view. It’s the perfect mini getaway!

When?

Saturday, August 17th 6pm-8pm

(Check in starts 5:45pm)

No alcohol, please; this is a family event. If you’d like to sip and snip, we have those available on other nights.

How does it work?

You bring:

• Food
• Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Soda, Tea, Water, etc.)
• Family (appropriate for ages 5+, but toddlers are welcome. Please watch your kids while on the fields.)
• Blanket to picnic on the grass
• We suggest to bring bug spray, too.

We provide:

• Flowers
• Scissors
• Picking Containers
• Some tables will be available (first come first serve)

How much?

Admission: $10 per person (ages 2+)

Picking Containers:

• 20 oz cup (25 stems) $20
• 1 gallon bucket (60+ stems) $40

** Please walk up and down the rows. We know it’s exciting to see the flowers, but please do not step over the rows, this can damage plants. **

** Our farm has bees. Please be mindful of the working bees. We need them as much as they need us.**

** Please watch your children carefully. Remember this is a farm field and there are a lot of tripping hazards and we want everyone to be safe during this fun activity. **

** As much as we love animals, pets are not allowed at Stokes Farm. Please keep them home for this adventure. **

** We do not allow professional photography equipment in our flower farm without an appointment. Phone cameras are permitted. **

** Please do not leave your garbage on the fields.**

**Flower Picking is a weather dependent activity, if your flower picking experience gets rained out or cancelled due to weather. Please contact us to let us know of the reschedule.**

**All guests entering the fields will be asked to sign a safety prior to the experience.**
